Cancellation Policy

📸 Booking & Scheduling Shooting Days: Services are available on weekdays and weekends. Note that weekend locations may be more crowded. Booking Changes: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. Alternative dates are subject to our photographer's availability. Punctuality: We cannot change the shooting time or extend the session on the day of the shoot. Please arrive on time; late arrivals will not have the session time extended or be refunded. 📍 Locations & Fees Fukuoka City: Our primary locations are within Fukuoka City, focusing on areas with convenient transportation (e.g., Ohori Park, Kushida Shrine area, Tenjin Daimyo). A list of suggested spots will be provided upon confirmed booking. Kyushu Suburban Fee: A ¥5,500 transportation surcharge will be applied for shoots in suburban areas of Kyushu (e.g., Dazaifu Tenmangu, Itoshima). Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for all expenses incurred during the shoot, including transportation and admission fees for both the clients and the photographer. ✨ Service Details Photographer: Your session will be handled by Jesse, the principal photographer at Storyteller Studio, who has 10 years of wedding photography experience. Photo Processing: The service includes one round of color grading. Post-processing for environmental or portrait retouching is not included. All photos will be available for download via Google Drive. Communication: A dedicated specialist will contact you after booking confirmation and will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Service Scope: This service does not include wedding or couples' travel photography. ⚠️ Important Notes Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of bad weather or force majeure, you may choose to reschedule or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations & No-Shows: No refunds or booking changes will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. Headcount: Infants, children, and pets are included in the total headcount. We welcome pets! Overtime Policy: Minor delays (within 15 minutes) are acceptable. However, an additional ¥8,000 fee will be charged for any overtime exceeding 15 minutes. Copyright & Usage: The client agrees that the photographer may use, modify, and register the copyright of the photos. Payment: Customers in Hong Kong will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
