How do I book a photography session?

This package can be booked directly on our website. Please complete the form with your details and preferred dates, and finalize the payment. We will contact you immediately to confirm your booking details.

Engagement & Wedding Day Packages (Hong Kong & Fukuoka)

For all inquiries, please contact us via our website form, Instagram Direct Message, or WhatsApp. We will promptly confirm our availability and provide a detailed quotation.

What is your general service process?

Our standard process is: Online booking → WhatsApp confirmation & location suggestion →Session Execution → Post-Production & Photo Delivery.

Engagement & Wedding Day Packages (Hong Kong & Fukuoka)

Our standard process is: Online Inquiry → Availability & Package Confirmation → Contract Signing & Deposit Payment → Pre-Shoot Consultation (WhatsApp group aim to answer all inquiries within 24 hours & Zoom meeting with lead photographer )→ Session Execution → Post-Production & Photo Delivery.

How far in advance should I book?

"Soak in Fukuoka" Photography Package

We recommend booking at least 1 to 3 months in advance.

Engagement & Wedding Day Packages (Hong Kong & Fukuoka)

Due to high demand during peak seasons (especially for Wedding and Big Day), we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance. Destination and overseas shoots may require a longer lead time.

What happens in case of bad weather?

We will discuss backup plans during our pre-shoot consultation. If the shoot is canceled due to force majeure, you may choose to reschedule (subject to all parties' availability) or receive a refund as stipulated in the T&C policy or contract.

What types of photography services do you offer?

We specialize in Pre-Wedding/Engagement, Big Day/Wedding, Family Portraits, and Couples/Solo Travel Photography in locations like Fukuoka, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and other cities in Japan.

Do your packages include outfits and styling?

Our basic packages are for photography service only. We are happy to recommend trusted partner vendors for bridal gowns, suits, kimono and professional hair & makeup artists, which you can choose to add on.

Is there a limit on the headcount for Family Sessions?

Our standard Family packages generally cover 4 immediate family members, but you can choose add additional members. Please notify us of the total number of participants (including infants, children, and pets) during your inquiry so we can recommend the appropriate package if needed.

Can we choose a specific location for our Destination Shoot?

Absolutely. We frequently shoot in Fukuoka City, its suburbs, and other international cities. We would also recommend some spots that are great for shooting. Additional travel and accommodation fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Photo Delivery

How many final images will we receive?

The total number of images delivered depends on your chosen package, session length, and the day's events. Please refer to your specific package details for the guaranteed minimum count.

What does your post-processing include?

All photos will undergo professional color grading and light adjustment. Based on your selected package, a specific number of photos will also receive full retouching (including minor environment and portrait enhancements).

How long does it take to receive the photos?

Typically, high-resolution digital photos are delivered via Google Drive within a weeks.

Engagement & Wedding Day Packages (Hong Kong & Fukuoka)

Delivery timelines vary by season and workload. Typically, high-resolution digital photos are delivered via Google Drive within 6 weeks for engagement , 3 months for Big Day events( photo preview in 2 weeks)

Copyright & Usage

Who owns the copyright of the photos?

The copyright remains the property of Storyteller Studio (Photographer Jesse). The client is granted personal usage rights to print, share on social media, and use the images for non-commercial purposes.

Will you use our photos for promotion?

Unless you specifically request privacy/confidentiality in your contract, we reserve the right to use select images for promotional purposes, portfolio display, or industry competitions. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require full image confidentiality.
